Our site will act as the perfect base for you to explore Cornwall thanks to our central location. After a great day out seeing where Poldark is filmed or visiting the Eden Project, you can relax in the comfort of your own stylish cottage.
Whether you are travelling as a couple or with the whole family, we’re sure you will enjoy relaxing in our welcoming and stylish cottages. All 14 are finished to a high standard and vary in size to accommodate your needs.
Each enjoy wonderful views, are complete with parking and there are plenty of open spaces for little ones to run around and explore safely. You can even bring the dog along too!
We know that most of our overseas guests like to travel as light as possible, so with this in mind, we provide all bed linen and towels so you don’t have to. There are supermarkets close to our site where you can stock up on your favourite food, or we will be happy to advise you on the fantastic local restaurants you can enjoy during your stay.
Many of our cottages also have their own hot tub which is a fantastic way to unwind under the stars.
Cornwall has a wonderful rich history which you and your family can discover during your holiday. As our site is placed in the heart of the county, you will be able to visit all of the most famous heritage sites and attractions with complete ease.
Historic fishing towns, impressive National Trust properties, preserved Iron Age villages, dramatic castles and former working tin mines are all just a short drive away.
If you are a fan of the famous TV series Poldark, why not visit the locations where it is filmed and take photos of you walking across the very same spots as Ross Poldark himself!
Just a 45-minute drive away is The National Trust’s Levant Mine and Beam Engine, and Botallack, which have both acted as the backdrop for some of the scenes throughout the show. Or just 20 minutes away is St Agnes Head, another recognisable spot.
You can be at our site within just 4 hours if you are coming from London, by taking the high speed train service from Paddington to Redruth station. There is also an overnight service which you may sleep on. It is then just a 10-minute taxi ride to our site.
If you are driving from the North or London, you will need to take the M4 motorway and then the M5 to Exeter, followed by the A30. We are easily accessible from the A30, and a Sat Nav will bring you straight here. You could also fly into Newquay Airport.
There is so much to experience whilst holidaying in Cornwall, by land or by sea. Try your hand at surfing the waves, walk along the inspirational coastline, and finish off with a delicious Cornish Cream Tea at a traditional café.
When in Cornwall, visiting a beach is a must! We are very close to three; Portreath Beach, Porthtowan Beach, and Chapel Porth Beach, which all provide a great space for families to enjoy the Cornish sunshine.
